SBCC Contract and Guide Price Increases 2025

On January 7, 2025, the prices for all current SBCC Contracts and Guides will increase by approximately 6%. This adjustment will affect both online and print copy purchases. Please note that any SBCC contracts purchased prior to January 6, 2025, will be charged at the 2024 prices.
SBCC would like to highlight that the Online subscription fee is not impacted by this price increase. We are pleased to report that the cost of a SBCC online subscription has remained unchanged for over five years.
In accordance with SBCC's agreement with JCT, we are required to align our pricing with that of equivalent JCT contracts. JCT will be implementing their price increase on January 1, 2025.
