SBCC Subscription Price Update
3 April 2025
The cost of a Full SBCC annual subscription will increase from 1st May 2025. This increase will be effective for both new annual subscriptions taken out and those due to renew after this date.
What’s Changing
- Current Full annual subscription: £99+vat (£118.80)
- New Full annual subscription (effective after 1st May 2025): £105+vat (£126.00)*
*Please note, the cost of a Full SBCC annual subscription has not previously increased in over 10 years. This increase will not affect our Free subscription.
Why We’re Updating Our Prices
The modest increase reflects the rising costs associated with the online service and in adapting JCT contracts to produce contracts compliant with Scottish law and practice. This will ensure the SBCC can continue to deliver high-quality, up-to-date standard building contracts tailored specifically for use in Scotland, such as the adapted JCT 2024 suites which are due to be released by the SBCC in the coming year.
